A responsive “turbo-heater” that boosts internal temp quickly to support the primary heaters and maintain the pre-set temperature range.

DUAL RADIANT HEATERS
These are the primary heat source for runner, deliveing a 175F+ internal temp, keeping food oven-fresh. When the temp gets too high, they turn off and let the insulation do the work.

Runner Bag Sensors and Fan

AUTO EXHAUST FAN
The Exhaust Fan removes excess moisture from the bag during transit. When there’s too much steam, the fan turns on and removes the moist air. Seconds later, when the humidity level is back in range it turns off and closes, preventing heat loss.

HUMIDITY & TEMPERATURE SENSOR
The sensor constantly monitors the conditions inside the bag and transmits to a control center, which engages or disengages the heaters and fans based on the readings to maintain the perfect environment. The temp & humidity ranges are fully adjustable.

STAY CONNECTED

BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY
runner has two-way communication with the restaurant via Bluetooth and the delivery person’s phone. The manager can change the settings in the bag as well as receive information on temp, humidity, GPS location, battery status and more, all in near real-time.

THREE SOURCES OF POWER
runner operates on three sources of power, the primary being an array of Lithium-Ion batteries. It is plugged into a standard wall outlet at the restaurant for pre-heating, which takes about ten minutes. In transit it relies on the batteries but can also be plugged into a car lighter port for power and supplemental charging to preserve and extend battery life during a shift
